Shipping policy
We normally dispatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout India using our logistic partners Blue Dart, Speed Post, and for domestic delivery using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
Customers wanting same day delivery may contact us with the details of local delivery options such as Borzo or Porter at their own cost. Same day delivery is only applicable for customers located in Mumbai, India.
The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 15 days to 20 days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.
We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.
Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for Express shipping requests.
Request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays.
International customers may directly contact us to place an order and process it.
Customs Duty: For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product. Please note that, duties and taxes if any are to be borne be by the customer only.
